Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, tea, and consumable products, all sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@dragonflyleafandbean.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund where appropriate.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Subscription Orders

Subscription orders may be paused, modified, or cancelled anytime before the next billing date.

Once a subscription order has been processed, it cannot be refunded.

 

Lost or Delayed Shipments

We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays. If your package appears lost, please contact us and we will assist in filing a claim.
