This website is operated by Dragonfly Leaf + Bean. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Dragonfly Leaf + Bean. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our Service and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Online Store Terms

You must be at least the age of majority in your province or territory of residence to use this site.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not transmit any viruses, malware, or destructive code.

A breach of these Terms will result in immediate termination of Services.

3. Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

We reserve the right to modify pricing, discontinue products, or update descriptions at any time without notice.

We make every effort to accurately display product details and colours; however, we cannot guarantee your screen’s display will be exact.

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, tea, and consumable goods, all sales are final unless products arrive damaged or incorrect.

4. Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to the selected frequency.

Subscriptions may be paused, modified, or cancelled at any time before the next billing date through your account portal.

Once a subscription order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

5. Shipping

We currently ship within Canada only with shipments going out Wednesdays.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package is delivered to the carrier.

6. Accuracy of Information

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. Content is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for decisions.

7. Optional Tools & Third-Party Services

We may provide access to third-party tools or services (including payment processors and subscription platforms). We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of third-party services.

8. Limitation of Liability

Dragonfly Leaf + Bean shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or damages arising from the use of our products or services beyond the purchase price of the product.

Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
