Thank you for shopping with Dragonfly Leaf + Bean. Below you’ll find details about how and when we ship your order.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within Canada only.

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

Processing & Fulfillment Schedule

Orders are processed and shipped on Wednesdays only.

Orders placed before Tuesday at 11:59 PM (Mountain Time) will ship the following Wednesday. Orders placed after this time will ship the next scheduled Wednesday.

We do not ship on Canadian statutory holidays. If a Wednesday falls on a statutory holiday, orders will ship the following business day.

Because we are a small-batch operation, we appreciate your patience as we prepare and send your order with care.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

We offer free shipping on orders over $120 CAD (before taxes, after discounts).

Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary by province and carrier. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or weather conditions.

Subscription Orders

Subscription orders follow the same Wednesday shipping schedule.

To ensure changes apply to your next shipment, please update your subscription before Tuesday at 11:59 PM (Mountain Time) prior to the upcoming Wednesday shipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in opening a claim with the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.
