Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

We offer both one-time purchases and subscription options for select products. Please review the policies below before completing your purchase.

One-Time Purchases

All one-time purchases are processed immediately at checkout.

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, tea, and consumable goods, all sales are final once your order has been processed.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been prepared for shipment.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Subscription Orders

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Dragonfly Leaf + Bean to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to the selected delivery frequency (e.g., monthly or bi-weekly).

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

Modifying or Cancelling a Subscription

You may pause, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time before the weekly processing deadline:

Tuesday at 11:59 PM (Mountain Time) prior to the Wednesday shipment.

Changes made after this deadline will apply to the following shipment.

Once a subscription order has been processed for shipment, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Failed Payments

If a subscription payment fails, we may attempt to process the payment again. If payment cannot be completed, your subscription may be paused or cancelled.

Promotional & Discounted Subscriptions

If a subscription includes a promotional discount, cancellation and reactivation may void that pricing.
