How to Prepare

Sift approximately 1–2 g of matcha into the bowl.

Add 60–75 mL of warm water, ideally around 75–80°C, then whisk briskly in a back-and-forth motion until smooth and lightly frothy.

Enjoy as-is, or add warm or cold milk for a matcha latte.
